Booming Belgium biotech sector leads to a record number of exhibitors at BCF Career Event
The third edition of BCF Career Event – the well-known career fair for the Life Sciences – will host a record number of exhibitors. Never before was the exhibition floor so packed with top employers from the sectors Life Sciences, Chemistry, Food & Pharma. Ablynx, Biocartis, UCB, Galapagos, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and many other employers will be available to meet with 1,200+ job seekers on 22 November 2018 in Ghent ICC. In total more than 85 employers are expected.
Keynote speaker Tim Van Hauwermeiren, CEO argenx, one of Belgian’s flagship biotech companies, will kick-off the programme and share his view on the Belgian Life Sciences landscape.
On BCF Career Event on 22 November in Ghent ICC, employers meet candidates who are directly available for open vacancies. Personal contact allows an immediate first impression and to connect effectively. The event also offers the opportunity for both employers and job seekers to expand their Life Science network amongst other employers & job seekers, recruitment agencies, and many study-, student- and other associations.
The programme features presentations and workshops from different perspectives and provides practical insights into topics like career orientation and support; job application; entrepreneurship and more. A moderated panel discussion will engage panellists and visitors to exchange opinions on academia vs. industry.
Anyone who wishes to attend the fair as exhibitor, please contact the organisation for the few limited possibilities left. Visitors can register for free until 14 November via: www.bcfcareer.be.
